Welcome to The Citizens Trust Training, information and counselling for all disadvantaged people. The Citizens Trust offers a wide range of services and training programmes to support people potentially vulnerable and excluded from society. Originally operating as Disability Times Trust, the organization still acts as “The Voice of Conscience for a Caring Nation”, but has expanded to reflect the wider needs of our changing community.
